Easy, low carb, keto friendly, vegan chocolate pudding with avocado, sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, and also diabetic friendly!

Avocado is considered the most nutritious fruit as it is a bomb of vitamins, fiber, protein and monounsaturated fats.


With its creamy, neutral and velvety texture it's full of energy and is one of nature's perfect foods as it is consumed raw keeping all its nutrients.


You will either love avocado very much or you will not want it at all.

This pudding is the solution for those who find it difficult to include in their diet since it's not perceived at all.


It's an easy and delicious, chocolate, velvety pudding that resembles a ganache in texture.


There's no need to boil and it's done within 10 minutes!


Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding


Servings 4

• Ingredients:


2 / Avocados (ripe)


30 g / Cocoa powder (sugar-free)


200 ml / Coconut milk (full fat) (canned)


3 Tbsp / Erythritol-stevia blend or any other natural 1:1 sweetener


1/4 tsp / Salt



• Instructions:


1 Cut the avocados lengthwise and discard the stone.


2 Remove the avocado flesh with a spoon, place in a blender or a food processor and blend.


3 Add the cocoa powder and continue blending for a while.


4 Finally, add the coconut milk, the sweetener and the salt.

5 Blend once more until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.


6 Pour the cream into 4 serving bowls and place in the fridge.


7 Optionally decorate with grated chocolate (> 85% cocoa) or with some whipped coconut cream and chopped nuts.


• Serve and enjoy!
