These tartlets are a combination of two favorite recipes: the "Easy Keto Cookies" and "Keto Jam" that you can also find on this blog. Of course, an organic whipped cream garnish is added and they are like a dream! I also think that these small desserts, apart from being delicious, are also very appealing as treats for a special occasion. There is also a nut free and a dairy free version for this recipe (see notes).

Keto Tartlets

Servings: 18

• Ingredients for the crusts: 1 bunch / "Easy Keto Cookies"*

• For the filling: 130 g / "Keto Jam"

• For garnish: 200 ml / Heavy cream (bio) 1/6 tsp / Guar gum 1-2 Tbsp / Natural sweetener 1:1 (I use erythritol-stevia blend 1:1)

• Instructions: 1 Prepare the "keto jam" according to the instructions of the recipe.

2 Also prepare 18 muffin tins lining parchment paper and preheat the oven on 170°C. 3 Prepare the mixture for the tartlets crust according to the recipe "easy keto cookies".

*Notes: • You can also use the "Keto Pasta Flora" recipe for the tartlets crust. • If you avoid nuts you can use the "keto coconut cookies" recipe for the crusts. • If you do not consume dairy you can use the recipe "keto vegan cookies" (without the chocolate) for the crusts and garnish the tartlets with whipped coconut cream.

4 Form 18 balls with the dough. 5 Press each ball into each muffin tin to spread on the sides, leaving a hole in the center (it's easily done if you press a small glass that fits inside). 6 Bake the crusts for about 15-20 minutes or until golden. 7 After baking, let the crusts cool (it's better to fill the day after). 8 Fill every tartlet with 1-2 tsp of keto jam (about 7 g).

• Garnish:

9 Mix guar gum and sweetener. 10 Beat the heavy cream, adding the sweetener mixture, until stiff picks (be careful not to make butter). 11 Pour the whipped cream into a pastry cone and decorate the tartlets. 12 Place and store the tartlets in the fridge.

• Serve and enjoy!

Any nutritional analysis (macros) is based on an estimate calculated by the "Cronometer" application for the ingredients of each recipe. Differences can arise for a variety of reasons, such as product availability and food preparation. There is no guarantee that this information will be accurate.

I am not a nutritionist. If you have strict dietary needs I always recommend using an online nutrition calculator to calculate your totals using your exact brands you're using in this recipe as values may vary per brand.

Always keep in mind that ingredient replacements can change the outcome of the recipe in terms of taste, texture, appearance and of course macronutrients.
