I confess that I do not like salads very much and I have never been one of the women who filled a bowl with greens, considering this with satisfaction as a delicious meal.

For me, for a salad to be good, it has to have something special.

It must be a wonderful mix of flavors and textures with a very good dressing.

I love vegetables but sometimes they taste boring.

With a good salad dressing can become exciting even for those who are not fans of the genre.

The ketogenic diet requires the consumption of vegetables as a side dish (especially green leafy vegetables that contain the least carbohydrates) and this dressing will definitely make those taste amazing!

Depending on the optional ingredients you choose, you will have the corresponding flavor that suits the vegetables or the salad of your choice.

45 g / Homemade Keto Mayonnaise

40 g / Cream cheese

15 ml / Olive oil

15 ml / Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

• Optional Ingredients:

1 tsp / Sugar-free mustard

1 Tbsp / Sugar-free ketchup

1/2 tsp / Natural sweetener 1:1

1/4 tsp / Garlic (minced)

1 tbsp / dried herbs* (dill, parsley, etc)

20-30 g / Pickled cucumbers (finely chopped)

• Instructions:

1 Put the basic ingredients (except of the water) in a small glass container and add the optional ingredients you want.

2 Close the container and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.

If the mixture is too thick, add 1 Tbsp of water and continue shaking until acquires the liquidity you want.

* Note

• If you want to add dried herbs, you should let the dressing in the fridge for at least 1 hour before used, to highlight their aroma and taste.

Dried herbs can be replaced with fresh herbs of course.

This salad dressing can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge.

• Enjoy!
