Low carb, keto friendly pancakes, sugar free, wheat flour free, gluten free, dairy free and also diabetic friendly!

These pan cakes are an extremely healthy choice, compared to conventional ones.


They have only 3.4 g of net carbohydrates per serving!


They are made mainly with coconut flour and of course do not contain gluten and sugar.

They're also dairy-free!


You can enjoy these pancakes plain, with jam, or with a keto chocolate syrup.


That's a good idea for breakfast that kids and adults will love!



Keto Pancakes


Servings 2

• Ingredients:


2 / Large eggs (115 g)


20 g / Almond flour


15 g / Coconut flour


25 g / Erythritol-stevia blend 1:1


1/2 tsp / Baking powder


1/4 tsp / Guar gum


1/8 tsp / Salt


1/2 tsp / Homemade vanilla extract


50 ml / Almond milk or coconut milk


15 g / Coconut oil


• Instructions:


1 Beat all the ingredients in a blender for a few minutes, until smooth.


2 Let the mixture for about 10 minutes to rest.


3 Put 1 tsp of coconut oil in a non-stick pan to melt on a medium heat.


4 Spread spoonfuls of the mixture on the pan.

It's better to make small pancakes.


5 Cover with a lid and wait for about

2-3 minutes.


6 Turn the pan cakes on the other side and bake for about 2 more minutes or until gold brown.


Serve and enjoy!
