This mug cake is made in just a few minutes, without using any pan other than the one in which you will bake in, and you don't even need a mixer.


You can also use this recipe to make pancakes or waffles.

Ingredients:


1 / Egg


60 g / Sugar-free Tahini (sesame paste)


1/4 tsp / Gluten-free baking powder


1-2 tsp / Sugar-free Cocoa powder


20 g / Natural sweetener (e.g. erythritol - stevia mix)


1 pinch of salt


• Instructions:


1 In a mug (250 ml) suitable for a microwave oven, mix all the ingredients well.


2 Place the mug with the mixture in a microwave oven and cook for about 1.5 minutes (90 sec). Check if the mixture is cooked in the center. If it is still wet, continue baking for a little longer.


3 After baking, carefully remove the mug from the microwave to avoid burning and wait 10-15 minutes for to cool.
