This is a recipe for juicy chocolatey brownies with a cheesecake flavor and a perfect, that melt in the mouth, texture.


Some things are not easy to describe but fortunately they can be made and can be tested.


Bake these brownies on a special occasion and you will amaze your guests.

Bake it for yourself as well, if you want a sweet reward.

Keto Cheesecake Brownies


Servings: 18

Ingredients for the cocoa base:


50 g / Cocoa (sugar free)


150 g / Almond flour


20 g / Bamboo fiber flour


15 g / Grated golden flaxseeds


17 g / Baking powder


150 g / Erythritol -Stevia blend 1:1


90 g / Butter (softened)


60 g / Tahini (sesame paste)


5 / Medium sized eggs


150 g / Cream cheese


1/4 tsp / Salt


For the cheesecake swirl:


300 g / Cream cheese


70 g / Erythritol -Stevia blend 1:1


1 / Egg yolk


1 tsp / Homemade vanilla extract



• Garnish:


50 g / Chocolate (> 80% cocoa content)


1 tsp / Coconut oil



• Instructions:


1 Preheat the oven at 170°C (air assisted).


2 Mix the dry ingredients.


3 Beat the butter and tahini (sesame paste) with a hand mixer and add the eggs one by one.


4 Whisk the cream cheese, lightly, in the egg mixture and add the dry ingredients.


5 Spread the mixture in a 34x23 cm baking pan (covered with parchment paper).


6 Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake swirl, and spread this on the chocolate mixture with a spoon making a few circles with a knife.


7 Bake for about 40 minutes.


8 Let the brownies cool and melt the chocolate with the coconut oil for 1-2 minutes in the microwave or in a double boiler.


9 Decorate the Brownies with the melted chocolate.
