Keto Cheese Chips

No carb, keto friendly cheese chips with only one ingredient, gluten free, nut free, and also diabetic friendly!

These chips are easy to make, they're delicious, crunchy, healthy, and enjoyable!


They have no carbohydrates at all!


All you need to do is a pre-treatment.


So.. the next time you want a snack Infront of the TV to watch a movie, you can enjoy a handful of these chips.



Keto Cheese Chips


• Ingredients:


150 g / Sliced cheese (gouda, edamer, emmentaler or cheddar)

• Instructions:


1 Cut the cheese slices of into smaller pieces, in the shape you like (triangles or squares) about 2-3 cm.


It is better to use some soft cheese and not spicy so that they do not become too salty.


2 Put the pieces of cheese on a large baking tray covered with parchment paper.


3 Cover with a second parchment paper.


4 Let the cheese at room temperature for 3-4 days (yes! DAYS) until completely dry.


5 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan assisted) for about 10 minutes.


Most pieces of cheese pop like popcorn!

Watch out not burn the chips, burned cheese is bitter. They're ready when

slightly golden brown.


6 Remove the chips directly from the baking tray after baking!


Serve and enjoy!
