Keto Buttercream Frosting

Low carb, keto friendly buttercream

frosting with cream cheese, sugar free, gluten free, and also diabetic friendly!

This is a perfect buttercream for so many uses.


You can enjoy it even plain.


You can also use this buttercream to fill cakes.


You can easy have vanilla flavor, chocolate flavor adding cocoa powder, or mocca flavor adding espresso.


You can also use this buttercream as a filling for a wonderful tiramisu.


Success will be guaranteed in any case.


Use the exact quantities for a large cake of 15 pieces (18X28 cm).

Keto Buttercream Frosting


Servings 15

• Ingredients:


600 g / Cream cheese


250 g / Butter (softened)


100 g / Erythritol stevia blend 1:1 (powdered)


1 tsp / Homage vanilla extract


150 g / Organic heavy cream


30 g / Cocoa powder (optional)



Instructions:


1 Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until slightly stiff and place in the fridge.


2 Beat the butter until fluffy, add the cream cheese and then the powdered sweetener and vanilla extract.


For a chocolate flavor, add the cocoa powder in this step.


3 Continue beating with the mixer for a while to have a smooth mixture.


4 Mix the whipped cream with the butter / cheese mixture, stirring lightly with a silicone spatula.


5 Use the buttercream as a cake filling or divide into 15 portions.
