That's an easy recipe for keto tahini almond truffles (Greek amigdalota) made in just a few minutes, it's vegan and no baking required.
They are so delicious!
Note this recipe in case you need urgently something sweet or if you want to add fat in your macros.
Keto Almond Macaroons
With Tahini
Servings: 12
• Ingredients:
100g / Almond flour (blanched and grounded almonds)
130g / Tahini (sesame seeds paste)
2-3 tbsp / Powdered natural sweetener 1:1 (I use erythritol-stevia blend)
30g / Coarsely chopped walnuts
1-2 tbsp / Rose water (optional)
A pinch of salt
• Coating:
Sesame seeds (optional)
• Instructions:
1 Mix all the ingredients and form 12 small balls.
Do not insist too much on mixing (the dough will become "oily" and the truffles will be difficult to shape).
Tip.
If the dough looks dry and crumbly, you can add 1 - 2 Tbsp of melted butter or coconut oil.
2 Place the macaroons in the fridge in a bowl that closes well so they don't dry out.
