This low carb spinach pie, made with three different sorts of cheeses, is so simple and delicious that will be your favorite!


I came to this idea from the recipe easy pizza crust.

I thought it could be easily made into a cheese pie, spinach pie, or any other veggie - cheese pie.


I tried to make a spinach pie with this recipe and really turned out very tasty.

Keto Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie) Without Phyllo


12 portions

• Ingredients:


400 g / Spinach


1 / Leek


2 / Spring onions


1 / Small bunch of dill


3 Tbsp / Olive oil


1/2 tsp / Oregano


80 g / Almond flour


80 g / Shredded hard cheese (kefalotyri or parmesan cheese).


180 g / Cheddar cheese


4 / Eggs


1 tsp / Baking powder


1/2 tsp / Salt


150 g / Feta cheese


1/4 tsp / Pepper


• Instructions:


1 Wash, drain and chop the spinach, leek, spring onions and dill.


2 Preheat the oven at 180°C and prepare a 23X33cm baking pan, with parchment paper.


3 Saute the chopped leek, spring onions, oregano and dill with the olive oil.


4 Add the spinach and cook in a medium heat until all the liquids evaporated.


5 Set aside to cool.


6 In a bowl, mix the almond flour, grated cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper and the beaten eggs.


7 Add the sautéed vegetables and finally the chunks of feta cheese.


8 Spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface with a spoon.


9 Bake for about 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown.


10 After baking, cut the pie into 12 pieces.
