They are ready in 10 minutes without hard-to-find ingredients and the result is wonderful, luxurious and yummy.
They have a velvety texture and melt in the mouth!
I consider it one of the most eye-catching treats anyone could offer.
Adding sweetener to these chocolates is optional and depends on your sweet tooth.
Someone who has been on a ketogenic diet for a long time will have no problem skipping sweetener.
Try before adding sweetener and
add as much as you like.
The silicone molds come in various designs and are ideal for these chocolate pralines as they are unmolded without difficulty giving the result below.
Easy Keto Chocolate Pralines
Pieces: 20
• Ingredients:
200 g / Dark chocolate (> 85% cocoa content)
200 g / Tahini (sesame paste)
20 g / Coconut butter*
50 g / Powdered erythritol-stevia blend 1:1 (optional)
• Instructions:
1 Melt the dark chocolate and coconut butter on a double boiler.
2 Add the tahini (sesame paste) and sweetener, stirring until smooth.
3 Divide the mixture into 20 small silicone molds for muffins or pralines.
*Notes:
• If you want to add nuts you must first put the nuts in the molds and then the chocolate mixture.
• Coconut butter can be replaced with coconut oil.
4 Place the molds in the fridge until the mixture is set.
5 After 2 hours you can unmold the pralines.
6 Store in the fridge closed in an airtight container.
• Serve and enjoy!
