Low carb, keto friendly 90 sec bread made in the microwaves, wheat flour free, gluten free and also diabetic friendly!

This bread is very easy to make and makes 2 slices.


Tip:

90 sec bread is tastier baked in a toaster or in a pan, until golden brown.



90 sec Keto Bread


Servings: 1 - 2

• Ingredients:


1 Tbsp / Butter (melted)


3 Tbsp / Almond flour


1/2 tsp / Baking powder


1 tsp / Apple cider vinegar


1 pinch of salt


1 / Egg


Instructions:


1 In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients.


2 Pour the mixture into a small 10X10 cm buttered ramekin suitable for a microwave oven.


3 Bake at the highest temperature for 90 seconds.


4 Check! (if it's still doft in the middle, just bake a little longer).


5 After baking, take the bread out of the ramekin, let cool for a while and then cut in half for 2 slices.


Serve and enjoy!
